Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Flit Money Tracker helps people review balances, transactions, subscriptions, budgets, investments, goals, bill reminders, and transaction audit flags. This policy explains what data is used to provide those finance features and how to contact us about your information.

2. Information We Collect

Flit Money Tracker may store account profile data, authentication identifiers, connected account metadata, balances, transactions, merchants, categories, subscriptions, budgets, investments, financial goals, bill dates, audit notes, app preferences, onboarding state, and OpenClaw API key records that you create.

When you use Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we may receive your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when that provider makes those fields available. We do not collect device (GPS) location data for core finance tracking.

3. How We Use Data

We use your data to show dashboards, balances, bill reminders, budget insights, investment performance, goal progress, transaction audit warnings, account views, and OpenClaw finance queries that you authorize with an API key.

4. Storage And Security

Finance data is stored through Prisma-backed APIs in Supabase PostgreSQL and served through the Flit Money Tracker backend on Google Cloud Run. Authentication uses Firebase Authentication. OpenClaw API keys are revocable and are used only when you create and use them. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Supabase PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Run, and OpenClaw when you enable agent access. Expo Notifications may request permission and manage local finance reminder notifications on your device. We do not use advertising SDKs in this app.

The app also uses Google Analytics for Firebase to count how the app is used: an app-instance identifier created when the app is installed, the screens you open, session length, app version, device model, operating system, and an approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address. The app does not use the advertising ID, and this data is not used for advertising or to track you across other apps.

Firebase Crashlytics reports crashes so we can fix them: the crash log, the state of the app and the device at that moment (device model, operating system version, free memory), and a Crashlytics installation identifier. Usage statistics and crash reports are not linked to your account: we never send your name, email address or account identifier to these two services.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run authentication, database storage, backend hosting, notifications, and authorized OpenClaw access, or when required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

Flit Money Tracker is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

8. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting support. You can also revoke OpenClaw API keys from inside the app.

9. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. If an update materially affects how your data is handled, we will provide notice through the app, website, or support channel when practical.
